Managing compliance risk is a top priority for companies operating in the Middle East. The fallout from the decline in oil prices and changing economic sanctions has encouraged companies to take a closer look at strengthening controls and minimizing risks.  Recent enforcement actions involving FLIR, BKNY and Crédit Agricole highlight the unique challenges of doing business in a region where royalty and government officials are an integral part of doing business.
