U.S. Expo 2020 Standing Committee Update

The U.S. Expo 2020 Standing Committee has received the invitation for “Event Operations–Site Management, Catering, Cleaning & Waste Management,” the eighth in a series of workshops and roundtable discussions hosted by Expo 2020 Dubai in an effort to deepen its engagement with the business community, sharing fresh insights and discussing opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

We will be hosting a session focused on Event Operations during Expo 2020 Dubai. The aim of this session is to facilitate a dialogue, share relevant expertise, and enable the development of recommendations around the following areas:

Site Management: Services to deliver the primary maintenance and repair of the full range of venues and facilities across the Site, as well as the installation, maintenance and repair of addition overlay, look & feel, wayfinding and signage.
Catering: The provision of services and equipment required for the supply of Food and Beverage to different Guest Groups, catering for the Expo workforce and third party provider management.
Cleaning & Waste Management: Facilitation of a clean and presentable environment throughout the Event.

Seats at the session will be prioritized for individuals and firms with experience in:

Facilities Management, Energy, Catering, Food & Beverage, Sustainability, Logistics, Event Management, Tourism and Destination Attractions, Waste Management, and Utilities (water and electricity).

Agenda:

8.30am – 9.00am Registration and Coffee
9.00am – 1:00pm Presentation and Interactive Discussion
1:00pm Lunch
