The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council is pleased to support the World Green Economy Summit (WGES) 2025. Organized annually by the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) and the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO), WGES convenes global leaders, policymakers, business executives, and sustainability experts at the Dubai World Trade Centre to address the most pressing issues shaping the transition to a green economy.

WGES serves as a premier platform for thought leadership, dialogue, and partnership in advancing sustainable development. It provides an opportunity for stakeholders from across industries and geographies to share best practices, showcase innovative technologies, and explore solutions that drive economic growth while promoting environmental stewardship.

The 10th edition of WGES in 2024 brought together heads of state, senior government officials, international organizations, and leading private sector representatives from more than 80 countries. Discussions focused on climate action, the acceleration of renewable energy adoption, financing green projects, advancing carbon neutrality strategies, and leveraging innovation and AI to enable a sustainable future.
