TThe U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council invites you to attend two workshop sessions with U.A.E. healthcare leadership between 9:00 AM and 12:15 PM on Tuesday 10 February 2026 on the sidelines of WHX Dubai. Both sessions will be held at the site of WHX Dubai at Expo City in Dubai. Final location details at the Expo site will be provided upon RSVP confirmation.
The first workshop session “Realizing the Promise of AI for Healthcare” will examine the U.A.E.’s expansion into AI and digital health to broaden access to high-quality health services. The conversation will highlight opportunities for bilateral partnerships as the U.A.E. works to build a more connected, efficient, and data-driven health ecosystem. Panelists for this session include
- H.E. Ibrahim Al Jallaf, Executive Director of Digital Health for the Department of Health Abu Dhabi
- H.E. Mubaraka Ibrahim, Chief Information/AI Officer, Emirates Health Services
- Mr. Atif Al Braiki, Chief Digital and AI Officer for Dubai Health.
Following a short break, the second workshop “The Future of Personalized Medicine” will explore the U.A.E.’s strategic shift toward preventive healthcare and patient-centered models of care. The conversation will highlight opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and bilateral partnerships as the U.A.E. works to build a proactive, data-driven, and future-ready health system.
