The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council invites you to register your interest in attending a discussion on advancing the U.S.-U.A.E. technology partnership. The AI and Tech Working Group will take place on Thursday, February 5 at 2:00 PM at the W Hotel – Mina Seyahi in Dubai

Why Attend: The AI and Tech Working Group will convene our interested members for a substantive review and discussion of key policy and commercial issues impacting the U.S.-U.A.E. advanced technology partnership. Discussion will center on:

  • Important updates on the U.S.-U.A.E. AI Campus and Stargate U.A.E.
  • Navigating changing U.S. export controls.
  • What is next after the U.A.E. joined Pax Silica for joint efforts on securing advanced technology supply chains.
  • Key outcomes from the January 2026 U.S.-U.A.E. Economic Policy Dialogue.
  • Areas for coordinated bilateral engagement on quantum computing and other frontier technologies.

We encourage members to attend this working group and be prepared to productively engage with other industry leaders on these timely and critical topics.

About the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council’s AI and Tech Working Group: The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council, through its AI and Tech Working Group, has set up an AI Task Force that provides a platform for U.A.E. leadership to engage with the industry about their vision for AI. This task force convenes industry leaders to discuss international best practices, advocate for policies that underpin the responsible regulation of AI, and explore the transformative potential of AI in all sectors. This working group gives our members a voice driving discussion on bilateral technology policy issues — illustrated at the 2026 U.S.-U.A.E. Economic Policy Dialogue, in advocacy with U.S. and U.A.E. government leaders like our letter to Secretary of Commerce Lutnick on the AI Acceleration Partnership, and in pursuing the U.S.-U.A.E. AI Acceleration Partnership at GITEX 2025

This meeting will coincide with the thirteenth edition of theWorld Governments Summit in Dubai. This Summit will bring together governments, international organizations, thought leaders, and private sector leaders from around the globe to foster international cooperation and identify innovative solutions for future challenges.
