Jack Loessberg joined the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council as a Director in April 2026, where he leads the Council’s portfolio across defense, aerospace, semiconductors, and cybersecurity as well as commercial aviation and tourism.
Prior to joining the Council, Jack served as a Business Development Officer for the Middle East and North Africa at Creative Associates International, where he contributed to the design and execution of large-scale development programs and partnerships across the region. He previously worked at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, supporting the research of David Ottaway and Marina Ottaway on geopolitical and socioeconomic dynamics in the Middle East and North Africa.
Jack holds a Master of Arts in National Security from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of work, he serves as Head Coach for Team Maryland AAA hockey. As an avid skier and golfer, he spends his winters on the slopes and warmer months on the course.
