The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council invites your company to apply to participate in a U.S. Department of Commerce-certified trade mission to visit the U.A.E. and focused on better understanding the country’s key and critical infrastructure development priorities. The mission will take place from November 18-24, 2026, alongside the Big 5 Global Conference in Dubai.
Mission Participants Will:
- Engage directly with government entities, developers, investors, and industry partners regarding the U.A.E.’s national infrastructure priorities.
- Examine the role of U.S. technologies and services in strengthening infrastructure resilience, operational continuity, alternative routes and pipelines, and the protection of critical assets.
- Explore major long-term infrastructure projects, including transportation and logistics development, the expansion of aviation infrastructure, ports and maritime facilities, utilities, energy infrastructure, including pipelines, and smart city development.

Big 5 Global Conference
The delegation will participate in the Big 5 Global Conference in Dubai on Monday, November 23.
Big 5 Global brings together leading companies, government stakeholders, investors, developers, and industry professionals from across the global construction and infrastructure ecosystem. Delegates will have the opportunity to attend conference sessions, meet with exhibitors, and engage with U.A.E. government and industry stakeholders participating in the conference.

Participation Fee:
U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council Member: $1,500
U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council Non-Member: $2,500
Priority will be given to U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council members, with a limit of one representative per institution, on a first-come, first-served basis. Mission size will be limited to approximately 25-30 participants, including U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council staff.
Companies do not need to be members of the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council to apply to participate in this mission, though all applicants will be vetted before being accepted into the delegation.
The deadline to apply for this trade mission is October 19, 2026.
