The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council, in partnership with the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C., AmCham Abu Dhabi, and the American Business Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates, will host a discussion over lunch featuring keynote remarks by the U.A.E. Minister of Economy His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri on Monday, September 22nd in Washington, D.C. The event will provide a unique opportunity for private and public sector stakeholders to hear H.E. Al Mansouri discuss his perspectives on the state of U.S.-U.A.E. economic ties, the importance of his visit to multiple markets in the U.S., as well as his thoughts on broader regional commercial trends and economic opportunities for U.S. businesses in the Middle East. H.E. Al Mansouri will be visiting several key U.S. states on his tour, accompanied by senior officials from the U.A.E. His Excellency Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri was appointed as Minister of Economy in the U.A.E., effective 17th of February, 2008. His Excellency Sultan holds a Bachelor’s degree (B. Sc.) in Industrial Engineering & Management Systems from Arizona State University – USA . He also has a Diploma in Computer System Analysis from the Institute of Computer Technology, Los Angeles, California – USA .
In addition to his position as Minister of Economy, His Excellency Sultan holds the positions below:
