About Dubai Department of Tourism and Marketing:

The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) was established in January 1997 by the government of Dubai. DTCM’s broad objectives are to increase the awareness of Dubai to global audiences and to attract tourists and inward investment into the emirate.
