The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council is pleased to support the 2023 Zayed Sustainability Prize, which is open and accepting submissions until 2 May 2023.

Established in 2008, the Zayed Sustainability Prize is the U.A.E.’s pioneering global award for recognising excellence in sustainability. Offering tribute to the U.A.E. Founding Father’s legacy of humanitarianism and commitment to sustainable development, the $3 million Prize recognises nonprofit organisations (NPOs), small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and high schools for their impactful, innovative, and inspiring sustainable solutions across the categories of Health, Food, Energy, Water and Global High Schools.

Through its 106 winners to-date, the Zayed Sustainability Prize has impacted over 378 million people across the world. For the current cycle, the winners will be announced at the Zayed Sustainability Prize Awards Ceremony in November 2023 which will be held during COP28.
