U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council hosts members at Inaugural 2009 Formula 1 Race

Abu Dhabi – The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council provided members with Paddock Club access and corporate sponsorship at the Inaugural 2009 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Business Council Members were afforded the opportunity to experience one of the world’s most popular sporting events making its debut in the U.A.E. Participants were also able to network with several U.S. and U.A.E. policymakers and business leaders.

U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council members participating at the event were able to meet, His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, as well as Business Council Board of Directors Co-Chair H.E. Khaldoon al Mubarak. Danny Sebright, President of the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council said, “This event was a great opportunity for us to provide our members quality face-to-face time with potential business partners; helping to solidify the growing economic relationship between the U.S. and U.A.E.”
