The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council invites you to attend a breakfast discussion with Musabbeh Al Kaabi, Chief Executive Officer, ADNOC Upstream, on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET in downtown Washington D.C. Exact location details will be confirmed in due course.

Please join us for a timely discussion with one of the leaders of Abu Dhabi’s state energy company on the U.A.E.’s expanding energy investment strategy in the United States and the deepening commercial partnership between our two countries. The U.A.E. is strengthening its role as a long-term, reliable energy partner to the United States as global energy systems evolve and demand continues to rise, particularly driven by rapid growth in artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing.

Mr. Al Kaabi will discuss the U.S. priorities of XRG, the international energy investment company launched by ADNOC to focus on global gas, chemicals, and low carbon energy solutions. He will outline XRG’s growing footprint in the U.S. market, including its interest in expanding partnerships and capital deployment across the gas value chain, chemicals, and emerging low carbon opportunities, as well as the broader U.A.E. commitment to increase its energy investments in the United States to $440 billion by 2035.

Why Attend:

  • This discussion offers an opportunity to engage directly with one of the U.A.E.’s senior energy leaders on the country’s U.S. investment strategy and long-term vision.
  • Attendees will gain first-hand insight into priority sectors for partnership and the commercial opportunities arising from expanded U.A.E. energy investments in the United States.
  • The discussion will also provide an opportunity for dialogue on the evolving energy landscape, capital deployment trends, and practical pathways for U.S. companies to collaborate with ADNOC/XRG.
