The World’s Expanding Aviation Hub: Opportunities for Business with U.A.E. Airports

The U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council invites you to participate in a U.S. Department of Commerce-certified trade mission to the U.A.E. focused on opportunities for U.S business to partake in the rapid expansion and modernization planned for airports across the country. The mission will take place from November 11-17, 2025, ahead of the Dubai Airshow 2025. The mission will include participation in the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council and Kallman Worldwide’s Dubai Airshow Reception which will occur on Sunday, November 16th and our help in facilitating registration for the Dubai Airshow if interested. The deadline to apply for this trade mission is October 10, 2025.

Innovative technological solutions are the focus of this mission. Companies in the verticals of construction, infrastructure, mobility, and technology are preferred. Businesses which produce products designed for airport safety, security, software, and services will be profiled on this trade mission.

The delegation will meet with U.A.E. airport authorities and key entities from Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Sharjah before the Dubai Airshow. Proposed meetings include:

  • Abu Dhabi Airport Services (ADAS)
  • Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development
  • DNATA
  • Dubai Airports
  • Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP)
  • Dubai Civil Aviation Authority
  • Dubai South
  • Emirates Airline
  • Etihad Airways
  • Etihad Airport Services Ground (EAS Ground)
  • Etihad Airport Services LLC (EAS)
  • RAK Investment and Development Office
  • RAK Transport Authority
  • Sharjah Aviation Services (SAS)
  • Sharjah Economic Development Department
  • U.A.E. General Civil Aviation Authority
  • U.A.E. Ministry of Economy


The delegation will also be invited to participate in the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council’s programming during the Dubai Airshow. The Dubai Airshow is the world’s leading showcase for aerospace innovation. Over five days, Dubai will become the center stage for global leaders, showcasing the latest technologies, visionary aircraft, and an electrifying flying display, driving the industry forward and strengthening the U.A.E.’s role as a leader in the aerospace revolution.

Participation Fee:

  • U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council Member: $1,000
  • U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council Non-Member: $1,500


Priority will be given to U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council members, with a limit of one representative per institution, on a first-come first-serve basis. Mission size will be limited to the first 25 companies that register.
