The World Affairs Council – Washington, DC (WAC-DC) will host the 2013 Global Education Gala at the Ritz Carlton, Washington, DC on March 7, 2013.  General Martin E. Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; H.E. Yousef Al Otaiba, Ambassador of United Arab Emirates to the United States; Dr. Freeman Hrabowski III, President of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County; John Chambers, Chairman & CEO of CISCO Systems; and Frederick Thomas, Founder & CEO of MHz Networks will be the honorees this year’s Gala.
